1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Rota3D apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by Furkan Bora Dalbudak (onemillion, “we”). By downloading or using Rota3D you agree to them. If you got Rota3D from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Rota3D on devices you own or control, within the rules of the store you got it from. Please do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
3. Your content
The journeys, photos and videos you create are yours. We do not claim ownership and we do not receive them. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos and songs you add, and for having permission to use photos of other people, for example passengers.
4. Sharing your videos
- Map credits. Videos include map data from Apple (© Apple Maps) or Mapbox and OpenStreetMap (© Mapbox © OpenStreetMap contributors). Please keep these credits visible when you share a video.
- Watermark. Videos made with the free version carry a small Rota³D mark; Rota3D Pro removes it.
- Music. The built-in songs are released under CC0 by HoliznaCC0 and may be used freely, including commercially. Songs you import are your responsibility.
- 3D vehicles. The 3D car models are used under CC BY 4.0 or CC0; their authors are credited in the app.
5. Rota3D Pro
Rota3D Pro unlocks extra features, such as 4K and watermark-free video, music, all map styles and vehicles, longer videos and unlimited stops and passengers. It is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan may start with a free trial) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel them. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; on Google Play, cancel before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use “Restore Purchases” in the app to unlock Pro on a new device with the same account.
6. Routes are for videos
Routes, distances and times in Rota3D are drawn to make videos. They can be simplified or inaccurate and must not be used for navigation or travel planning. Never use the app while driving.
7. Third-party services
Maps, search and routes come from Apple Maps and Mapbox, and purchases from the App Store and Google Play. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
8. Warranty and liability
Rota3D is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the app and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Rota3D means you accept it. You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may update or discontinue features, but purchases remain subject to the store’s refund rules.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
